There are six steps involved in the process:
Step 1: Submit your request via our online form or Email (for a detailed inquiry). Please include:
– Tire Size and Grade
– Quantity
– FOB or CIF
– Destination Port (Country)
Step 2: We will respond within 24 hours with a cost estimate.
Step 3: Once the price is agreed upon, we will issue a Proforma Invoice.
Step 4: Upon your confirmation and placing the order, we require a 50% deposit before loading begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Step 5: After receiving the deposit, we prepare and load the tires into the container.
Step 6: We send you all consignment details through courier services like EMS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Or Maersk , Evergreen , One Container for Large Orders
Yes, you are welcome to use your own shipping agent. If you choose the C&F option, we can also handle these arrangements for you.
Yes, you can mix tire sizes, provided the total quantity fits within a 20ft or 40ft container.
We require a 50% deposit before loading begins, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion of the loading process. Or as Agreed
We accept payments via bank transfer, TT, or wire transfer only.
